So we in here will share a basic rules when interviews and share some questions that are often asking during interviews

WHAT IS A JOB INTERVIEW??

         job interview is a step that must be passed by those who are looking for a job  or get a new job. this stage often makes nervous or stressful for those who will face it.

     One strategy for dealing with job interviews is with Appearance, appearance is one of the important points that need to be considered, when doing and answering questions about job interviews The better your appearance, the greater your confidence. With good self-confidence, you can instill a good impression on the interviewer

HERE ARE THE BASIC RULES IN A JOB INTERVIEW:

1. wear clothes in the form of shirts, blazers and skirts / pants.

2. Avoid excessive use of accessories. Excessive accessories like as necklaces, rings, bracelets. can disturb / distract the interviewer.

3. Calm yourself before entering the job interview room, don't be nervous.

4. Don't mumble, speak clearly and confidently

5. Avoid using perfume that is too stinging, so use just enough perfume.

DIALOGUE :

IN INTERVIEW ROOM

Devita : Good morning. Please have a seat.

Alna : Good morning.

Devita: So, your name is Surry right?

Alna: Yes.

Devita : I am Devita, the head of human resource department in this company.

Alna : Nice to meet you.

Devita : Are you ready for the job interview?

Alna : Yes, I am ready.

Devita : Could you introduce yourself briefly?

Alna : Hi, my name is Surry Budi Al Usna. Please call me Alna. I am 25 years old. I have done my bachelor degree in Economic Accounting from Gunadarma University last year. I apply for assistant manager position. I believe I am proper for this position because I have some experiences about marketing from my last job.

Devita: How do you know about job vacancy in this company? What’s make you interest to apply as the Assistant Manager in this company?

Alna : I read an advertisement on Newspaper The Post, Sunday edition. I interested to apply as the Assistant Manager because I think that I am capable to be in that position. Besides, I am graduated from economic faculty

Devita :  Why should we hire you?

Alna :  I’m a hard worker and I’m fast learner. I believe that I’m the best person for the job. I realize there are many other people who have the ability to do this job. I also have that ability. Therefore, I will dedicate my skill and effort to this company.

Devita :  Tell me your job experience?

Alna :  I have 3 years working experience in the Marketing Division. So I think I am perfect for this position.

Devita :  What is the reason behind leaving your last job?

Alna :  I resigned from my job because I am interested in a new challenge

and opportunity to use my skills and experience in a different capacity than I have in the past.

Devita :  Describe your management style?

Alna :  I try to always coordinate with the boss and other employee, as well as doing things according to the a predetermined time.

Devita :  Are you a team player?

Alna :  Yes, the team that I have worked on a job well done and on time.

Devita :  How do you see yourself in 5 years from now?

Alna :  I want to see myself in 5 years from now become a valuable person, professional and mastering my job as well as possible.

Devita :  What is your weakness? And What is your strength?

Alna :  If I have to make an important decision, I need to a long time to make some research. I am a fast learner and work well with the team.

Devita :  Are you ready to be replacing any time to other city or abroad?

Alna :  Yes, I’m ready if it’s needed.

Devita : If you’re accepting in this company how much salary do you want?

Alna : Range 5 until 6 million rupiah

Devita: Well, it was a great time to have an interview with you. I thought you are a great candidate to fill up the position. I will call you later after the board of directors make a decision. Thank you for coming Surry
